Delete Your Hi & Buy App Account
You can permanently delete your account directly in the Hi & Buy app:
- Sign in to the Hi & Buy app.
- Open the menu and select Edit to open My Profile.
- Select Delete Account.
- Review the information and confirm Delete.
Once deleted, you will be signed out and your account data will be removed, except for records we must keep by law.
If you cannot access the app, email info@hiandbuy.com using your registered phone number. We may verify account ownership before deleting it.
